Camo Faith offers a retail outlet focused on the sale of fishing, boating, pet and faith-based products. To ensure the operation of this outlet and as part of our mission, we offer full time management positions and part-time sales positions. Part-time sale positions are only available to individuals with disabilities as part of the Camo Faith mission. Management positions are open to all individuals.

JOB DESCRIPTION- Management

Operate as a leader of the Camo Faith outlet. Managers act as coaches to allow much of the work to be completed by the sales team. Leaders within Camo Faith need to be able to work with individuals from all walks of life, have compassion for others, and promote the mission and goals of the ministry.

Typical Duties:

-Handling of customer complaints

-Audits of registers, sales and inventory

-Deep cleaning as needed and schooled

-Marketing and advertising for the outlet

-Theft prevention and shrinkage reduction

-Guide and train the sales team members

-Other duties as assigned

Compensation:            $20/Hour

JOB DESCRIPTION- Sales

Fulfils the needs of the outlet by ensuring quality service is offered to every customer. Sales team members are the most important part of the outlet and are the ones who the customer will interact with most often. Sales team members report directly to the retail manager.

Typical Duties:

-Inventory and stocking

-Check out customer purchases

-Prepare and package online orders

-Light janitorial cleaning

-Complete training on various topics

-Create a great customer experience

-Other duties as assigned

Compensation:            $15/Hour
